ENT Resident Induction Course

Course Overview:
This unique case-based and practical course is designed to prepare FY, CT and GP trainee for their ENT post. This interactive day blends clinical teaching with hands-on skills.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to prioritise bleeps and triage effectively 

  • How to manage common ENT cases like tonsillitis, otitis externa, and epistaxis

  • Red flag symptoms not to miss in ENT

  • Practice core ENT skills and procedures (e.g. nasal packing, nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, microsuction)

Format:
The course is delivered in a friendly and supportive environment with a mix of morning short case-based lectures, followed by an afternoon of practical stations consisting of high-fidelity simulations, mannequins, and augmented virtual reality stations.
