Oxford ENT ST3 Interview Course
Course Overview
The Oxford ENT ST3 Interview Course 2026 is a focused, high-yield online course designed to help you excel in the UK ENT ST3 National Selection Interview. Led by an experienced consultant faculty alongside recently successful ST3 candidates, the course combines targeted teaching with realistic mock stations and detailed, personalised feedback.
Previous attendees to this in-house Oxford course over a four year period have reported overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Format
- Online via Zoom
- This is an intensive course with three teaching blocks:
- Short talks by ST3s describing their recent experience and top tips for succeeding. A lecture on approaching each of the three stations.
- Practice session to allow candidates the opportunity to be guided through the station.
- A complete mock circuit for each candidates to simulate the actual interview. The mocks are run by a dedicated consultant faculty. Candidates also have the chance to observe each other in order to maximise exposure to scenarios and learn from each other.
- Interactive Q&A at the end of the day.
What will be covered?
- “Golden rules” lecture for each station curated by our ST3 faculty.
- High-yield scenarios – insights from our consultant faculty in the verbal feedback will allow candidates to understand what consultants expect from them.
- Mock interview practice with timed stations and examiner-style scoring – score sheets will be emailed to candidates after the course.
Who should attend?
This course is ideal for:
- As seats are limited, those that have an interview this year will be given preference.
- Candidates who are reapplying will find this course particularly beneficial for refining technique, structure, and interview performance
- Even if you do not have an interview this year, you can attend to start preparing early.
