The “Get Involved” platform provides an opportunity for doctors, medical students, and other allied healthcare professions to host and teach their own education course through the Mededly platform. Put more simple, we handle the logistics and admin – you bring the content and expertise.
Complete our simple Course Proposal Form. You will be asked about:
– Your course title and topic
– Intended audience (e.g., medical students, FY1s)
– Format (online or in-person)
– Proposed date and duration
Our team will review and get in touch to discuss the next steps within 10 working days.
At Mededly, we charge a fix % of the gross ticket revenue sales plus in some cases a flat-fee. The flat-fee will only apply if the course being proposed is free of charge. The remaining % revenue of the tickets sales will be paid to the course proposer/s.
We offer transparent revenue splits with Mededly charging the following dependng on the chosen package:

Silver
Gold
The flat-fees is £0 for our bronze package and for all students using our platform. Otherwise the fee is ONLY applied to courses offered to your audience free of charge. It is a small fee to cover part of admin charges for the services offered e.g. certification, CPD-accreditation, social media work and access to Zoom for business platform etc.

We offer a refund for all flat-fees if your course generates more than an agreed number of tickets sales.
Yes, we currently charge no flat-fee for courses run by students for students i.e. medical societies or independently by student.
Otherwise we provide a full refund for all flat-fee charges as part of our bronze and silver plans on agreement of a set number of ticket sales.
Absolutely. We encourage team-led events and joint teaching. Let us know during your proposal if you’ll be working with co-presenters or a panel.
Yes, we arrange CPD accreditation for all courses through our provider framework. Our team will ensure that all proposed courses meet the relevant criteria.
Our social media and marketing team are on hand to assist you with ensuring your course sells to its maximum potential. How much support is offered depends on what package you select and can be agreed with the team beforehand.
If selecting the gold package, then no — we will arrange and book a suitable venue based on your course size and needs. If it’s an online event, we will host it on Zoom Workplace platform.
Yes — you’ll receive a Tutor Certificate to acknowledge your contribution to medical education. We can also provide this for your portfolio or ePortfolio use.
We are open to all ideas as long as it is in medicine or other allied healthcare fields. This includes but not limited to nursing, physiotherapy, dietetics, psychologist and podiatrist.
