Welcome to Mededly. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Mededly to list, deliver, or participate in courses.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Mededly” refers to the Mededly platform, operated by AZ Med Ltd.

1.2 “Instructor/Teacher” refers to any healthcare professional creating or delivering a course on the Mededly platform.

1.3 “Participant/Learner” refers to any individual registering for and attending a course via Mededly.

1.4 “Course” refers to any educational activity listed, promoted, or delivered through the Mededly platform.

2. Packages and Fees

2.1 Mededly offers Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages with differing levels of support and revenue share.

2.2 Package fees and revenue share percentages are clearly displayed on the Mededly website.

2.3 Flat platform fees (e.g., Bronze and Silver package listing fees) are non-refundable and cover administrative and setup costs.

3. Revenue Share and Payments

3.1 For Bronze and Silver packages, revenue share will be applied as stated (e.g., Bronze: 20% Mededly, 80% Instructor; Silver: 40% Mededly, 60% Instructor).

3.2 For Gold packages, Instructors will be paid an agreed hourly rate.

3.3 Instructor payouts will be made within 14 working days of course completion, minus applicable fees.

3.4 All participant payments are collected by Mededly.

4. Minimum Enrolment (Gold Package)

4.1 Gold package courses are subject to a minimum enrolment requirement.

4.2 If this minimum is not met, Mededly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course.

4.3 Participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

4.4 Instructors will only be paid if the course goes ahead.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If an Instructor cancels a course, participants will be refunded in full.

5.2 Any platform fees paid by the Instructor remain non-refundable.

5.3 Repeated cancellations may result in suspension of the Instructor’s use of Mededly.

5.4 Mededly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses for operational, regulatory, or safety reasons.

5.5 Participants will be offered either a refund or a transfer to a future course.

By Participant

5.6 If you can no longer attend a course, you may cancel your booking by contacting us in writing at hello@mededly.com.

5.7 Refund eligibility:

• 14 days or more before the course date → Full refund (minus processing fees).

• 7-13 days before the course date → 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the course date → No refund.

5.8 In some cases, you may be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future course instead of a refund.

6. CPD Accreditation 

6.1 CPD accreditation is subject to approval by Mededly.

6.2 Mededly reserves the right to designate the appropriate the number of CPD points allocated to the course.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All teaching content and materials created by Instructors remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 Mededly retains ownership of all platform content, branding, templates, and resources.

7.3 Instructors grant Mededly a licence to use course descriptions, images, and materials for promotional purposes.

8. Instructor Responsibilities

8.1 Instructors must ensure their teaching is accurate, evidence-based, and delivered within their scope of professional practice.

8.2 Instructors must comply with all relevant professional and regulatory standards (e.g., GMC, NMC, HCPC, or equivalent).

8.3 Instructors are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions for use of third-party content.

9. Liability

9.1 Mededly provides a platform for educational delivery and is not responsible for the clinical decisions or outcomes of participants.

9.2 Mededly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or courses.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 Mededly reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

10.2 Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
